Fixed a crashing bug with RAW support for some old Canon models, mostly from 2007 or earlier models (original 5D, 1Ds, …).

Fixed a bug with several of the monochrome conversion methods which could result in the appearance of white speckles in very dark regions, particularly when using negative values for the Brightness Shadows or Brightness Midtones adjustments.

Fixed an issue with the Iridient Reveal and High Pass sharpening methods where zooming in to high magnification, typically 300% or more, could cause the sharpening to not be applied correctly and in some cases the preview would also be very dark.

On Mac OS X 10.11.4 the brightness would jump greatly at a certain level when using either of these adjustments.
